Procedures for Online Exam and Postgraduate Interview for DKM FKM UNDIP Program 2023 Odd Semester 1st Wave

Here we present the procedures for the online exam and interview for the Doctoral Program in Public Health at FKM UNDIP:

Procedures for Online Exam and Interview:

1. Participants open Zoom with the meeting ID as stated on the participant’s card.
2. Participants access the website https://ujian.undip.ac.id.
3. Enter username: Participant Number and password: Billkey Code.
4. Select the exam agenda menu for the Academic Potential Test (at 08.00 AM) and English Test (at 10.30 AM).
5. Attendance will be taken 15 minutes before the exam starts and participants are expected to join the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before the exam starts (at 07.30 AM and 10.00 AM).
6. During the exam, participants are not allowed to turn off their Zoom video.

The Graduate and Professional Entrance Exam Schedule includes:

1. Written Test (CAT) for Academic Potential Test on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023, starting at 08.00 AM (Arrive at 07.30 AM).
2. Written Test for English Test on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023, starting at 10.30 AM (Arrive at 10.00 AM).
