Semarang (14/03), Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. In daily life, there are many factors that affect human health, including social factors. These social factors that influence health are known as Social Determinants of Health (SDH). Social Determinants of Health are social conditions that affect a person’s opportunity to attain good health. In SDH, there are two things that describe social inequalities related to the level of community health, namely inequality and inequity.

Inequality in health is a normative concept and refers to an imbalance that is considered unfair as a result of various social processes, while inequity in health is an empirical assumption that refers to differences in health status among different groups.
